The greater Seattle area is home to 2.8 million people. Microsoft, Nordstrom and Starbucks are based here. Seattle is also known as the birthplace of the crazes for grunge rock and espresso coffee. It boasts a nationally recognized aquarium at the edge of Puget Sound's Elliott Bay, the Space Needle at Seattle Center, and the graves of Jimi Hendrix and Bruce Lee. Pioneer Square, the cultural heart of the city, features over twenty city blocks of historic buildings, more than thirty galleries, a vibrant retail sector, and exciting nightlife including 80 live music clubs.

The poster, demo, and doctoral symposium deadlines were February 18, 2006.

The paper deadline was November 1, 2006. Notifications were e-mailed December 15, 2006.

I3D is the leading-edge conference for real-time 3D computer graphics and human interaction. 2007 marks the 21st year since the first conference gathering. We invite you to submit papers across the entire range of topics in interactive 3D graphics. The fall deadline provides the perfect outlet for your summer work. Topics include but are not limited to:

• real-time surface shading
• fast shadows, caustics and reflections
• imposters and image-based techniques

• user studies of interactive techniques and applications

Paper submissions should be up to 8 pages in length and adhere to ACM SIGGRAPH style guidelines.
