Please Note: Early registration is available until January 21st, 2012, though a lesser discount is available until February 9th, 2012. Registration after February 9th will be at the on-site rate. Registrants will also receive a discount code to save $50.00 for registration of the co-located conference: IEEE Virtual Reality 2012.

All prices are US dollars. One banquet ticket(including the nVIDIA talk) is also included for each registration entry. Extra banquet tickets can be purchased while registration as merchandise.

• Please contact the publicity chair Shan Jiang <sjiang4 (at) ics.uci.edu> to request a cancellation. The registration system does not support online cancellation.
• Cancellation of early registration is only available before Jan 21, 2012.
• Cancellation of discount registration is only available before Feb 9, 2012.
• Late registration cannot be cancelled.

Conference hotel registrations are taken by The Westin South Coast Plaza directly. A special room rate at $155 is being offered. This special rate includes wireless internet access. Group rate available until February 11, 2012. Subject to Availability.

To book a room, you can either
1) Book online by going to The Westin South Coast Plaza IEEE VR/ACM I3D Room Block for reservations within the regular conference period (March 4 - 12, 2012),
or
2) Call the hotel directly (1-888-627-7213) if you plan to extent your stay before and/or after the conference period (March 4 to March 12, 2012).
